Tom Schuch and Lonnie Braxton discuss New London Black Heritage Trail

Join us for a talk on New London’s Black Heritage Trail, which celebrates three centuries of Black strength, resilience, and accomplishment. Each of the 16 sites tells a story about Black life in New London while tying into larger stories about enslavement, the Great Migration and the struggle for civil rights. In person and live streamed on our YouTube channel.

The mission of Stonington Free Library is to enrich lives and build community by bringing information, ideas and people together.
