Professional chocolatier Kim Larkin presents the interesting history and benefits of coffee, a trivia quiz, poetry, best brewing and roasting methods, and fun coffee terminology. Chocolate samplings include Espresso Belgian chocolate bark, “coffee cup” molded chocolates, and a classic decaf Italian Affogato. Registrants can pick up a sampling kit at the library.
