Description:
Session 3's topic is Estate Taxation and The Use of Trusts. A panel of professionals will identify the various taxes applicable to estates. They will explore and clarify alternative estate planning strategies. Various forms of trusts will be described as well as the role of independent trustees versus banks, including working as co-trustees.
